High School Pricing Per Team
Early-Bird Pricing: $250 per routine (Ends November 21, 2025)
Standard Pricing: $300 per routine (Ends December 19th, 2025)
Late Pricing: $350 per routine (pending availability)
NOTE: Alternates are included in the Team Entry Fee

- Payment must be 100% cleared to Participate
- Music Licensing Upload Needed DUE to Streaming
For all athletes competing at JV/F State, you will need a completed waiver. You can complete the waiver here.
*You do not need to resubmit a new waiver if you’ve already completed one for Road 2 State.
100% refund if canceled prior to the Early Bird closing date of November 14, 2025
50% refund if canceled prior to the Standard closing

- Scoresheets will be emailed (to the registered email) at the CONCLUSION of the event if you do not make FINALS
- If you advance to finals, emailed prelim scoresheets will be emailed to you after the announcement your team has advanced. Final scoresheets will be emailed at the conclusion of the event.
- There is NO TECH during the arcade/warm-up process
- Within 15 minutes after your performance you will be emailed a penalty review sheet (zero or deductions)
- If you need to appeal, check at Coach Corner to review with the tech judge. You have 15 minutes to appeal after receiving your deduction sheets
- As a coach it is your responsibility to make sure you have received your emailed tech sheet for clarification sheets will be emailed there
Priority viewing area will be allocated to allow all spectators center court viewing

- A tentative schedule will be posted by Tuesday, January 9, 2024 and a final schedule by Friday, January 12, 2024

Rules & Results
- The 2023-2024 National Federation of State High School Associations Spirit Rules book will be followed.
- The 2023-2024 CHSAA Spirit Bulletin will be followed

There have been rule and score sheet changes this year. Make sure you read over the entire bulletin for these changes. No video reviews at the competition.
- No Varsity team member may compete in the JV Invitational. If a participant has competed, or will compete, for the 2023-2024 season as a varsity team member, they may not compete at the JV Invitational. If you are not sure please contact us.
- Penalty review will take place at the conclusion of each preliminary round after scores have been tabulated. Reviews will take place in the warm-up gym. The time of each review will be noted on the schedule but please listen for the exact time once each division has finished. If you miss the review we will not come looking for you.
- JUDGING will be scored electronically. Scores and recap sheets will be EMAILED at the completion of the event.
- Penalty Sheets will serve via paper copy. Coaches collect your penalty sheets approximately 20 minutes after your performance time at the announcers table.
- The number of placements to be awarded in each division will be determined once we see the total number of teams registered.
- ***Parents and fans react to the results the way that you respond or coach them to respond. In a smaller venue, every reaction is even more obvious. Tech judges are available to answer coaches’ questions but none of the staff will discuss results with parents. Your professionalism at this event is appreciated.
COVID-19 Updates
- Masks must be worn indoors at all times, regardless of vaccination status, and will be strictly enforced.
- Athletes may remove mask for full floor warm-up and performance only.
- Coaches must wear masks at all times when indoors
While the final details and schedule of any competition could require up to the day adjustments, and all guidelines are subject to change based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), federal, state and local guidance. Please be assured that CSCA is committed to delivering the same quality and the flexibility this will require, by accepting the Terms and Conditions as the authorized CSCA Competition Rules.
